In lieu of a full time minister, St. Andrew's Church Lisbon rotates visiting ministers from The Church of Scotland on a quarterly basis.

Kevin Dibble is a lay minister of St Andrew's Church Lisbon.

He and his family have been members of St. Andrews since 2022, after moving from their home in Denver, Colorado USA.  Kevin works in the field of Engineering in addition to part-time ministry. 

 

Kevin has a Master's Degree in Theology from Dallas Seminary.​​​​​​​  Kevin is married to his wife, Blakely, and is a proud father of 5.
